Developments in Technical Analysis with Machine Learning

This webinar explores the significant role of machine learning (ML) in technical analysis for financial markets, emphasizing both classical approaches and the cutting-edge potential of deep learning algorithms. We will outline the distinctions between supervised and unsupervised learning, and how these methodologies uncover patterns in market data, revolutionizing technical analysis. Additionally, we will highlight the emerging role of generative AI, showcasing practical use cases.

Carlos Jaureguízar is the CEO of Robexia AI Lab, an Artificial Intelligence laboratory specializing mainly in quantitative analysis. He is also the founder and vice-president of IEATEC and the founder and president of IDIASEF. Academically, Carlos Jaureguízar holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (UAM), a Master's in Financial Markets (UAM), and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics with cum laude distinction from URJC.

Sandra Nieto is the current president of IEATEC and COO at Robexia AI Lab. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication (UMA) and specialized in marketing and advertising (UCM). She is CESGA certified and has a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from the IIA Institute. Working in the financial sector, she developed an interest in technical analysis, contributing to several articles on the subject.
