IFTA2020: A Treasury of Wall Street Wisdom - The Wisdom of past Master Market Technicians applied to the future

Lin­da began her pro­fes­sio­nal tra­ding care­er in 1981 making mar­kets in opti­ons as a mem­ber of two exch­an­ges. She has been a CTA, prin­ci­ple trader for seve­ral hedge funds, and a CPO (com­mo­di­ty pool ope­ra­tor).  Her own hedge fund was ran­ked 17th out of 4500 for best 5 year per­for­mance by Bar­clay­sHedge.  Her ear­ly suc­ces­ses were reco­gni­zed by Jack Schwa­ger in his renow­ned Mar­ket Wizards series. 

Lin­da has pre­sen­ted her rese­arch and lec­tu­red on tra­ding for many glo­bal­ly reco­gni­zed aut­ho­ri­ties, inclu­ding: The Mana­ged Futures Asso­cia­ti­on, Ame­ri­can Asso­cia­ti­on of Pro­fes­sio­nal Tech­ni­cal Ana­lysts, Inter­na­tio­nal Fede­ra­ti­on of Tech­ni­cal Ana­lysts, Mar­ket Technician’s Asso­cia­ti­on, Bloom­berg, and Dow Jones.  She taught pro­fes­sio­nals and bank trad­ers in over 22 dif­fe­rent count­ries while on tour with Dow Jones. She ser­ved on the Board of Direc­tors for the Mar­ket Technician’s Asso­cia­ti­on in the ear­ly 2000’s and was pre­si­dent of the Ame­ri­can Asso­cia­ti­on of Pro­fes­sio­nal Tech­ni­cal Ana­lysts for two terms.

She cow­ro­te the wild­ly popu­lar “Street Smarts” book in the mid ’90s.  And in 2019, she released the wide­ly acclai­med “Tra­ding Sar­di­nes:  Les­sons in the Mar­kets by a Lifel­ong Trader” in 2019, available only at LindaRaschke.net.  She remains a pro­fes­sio­nal trader and an eter­nal stu­dent of the markets.
